SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship within 5 business days of placement. If there are any issues we will contact you through email or by phone. If you have special shipping needs please add a note to your order and we will contact you regarding shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Bridal and Special Occasion items are final sale and non-returnable.

Merchandise returns can only be accepted if a request is made and item(s) sent back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

 For returns within 7-14 days, only website credit will be issued.
